Salon Policy
At Serenity Plano, we strive to offer the best service to all of our valued clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations, made after the 24-hour window, may result in a charge for a portion of the service. This policy helps us ensure availability for all clients and maintain the quality of care we are committed to providing.
